Personal Training:

Private coaching sessions are the perfect option for anyone looking to personalize their training and results to achieve specific goals.  Private coaching incorporates the same exercises and methods found in my CrossFit group classes but every session is tailored to the individual.  Private coaching is great for athletes who are more comfortable in a one on one environment, have specific goals, or whose schedules demand personal attention and scheduling.

I specialize in working with beginners who have not yet tapped into their inner athlete, CrossFit and endurance athletes, and teens.  My program focuses on fitness and health and therefore incorporates the tenants of broad general and inclusive fitness as well as solid nutrition and fueling.
